Meet the J.O.B Open Run Players Association

  • Mekko Bobo is an 8th grader @thebrinkbobcats where he is a student athlete competing in basketball. He also plays AAU basketball for @jeb_elite.

    His favorite leader is “@kyrieirving because of the person he is not only on but off the court.”

    In Meeko’s leadership role as our President of The J.O.B Open Run Players Association, he “hopes to bring together the community and give everybody a place to come play basketball and meet new people”.

  • Jayah Colbert is a 7th grader at @piedmont_ms where she is a student athlete competing in basketball. She also plays AAU basketball for @ok_flight_fam_ .

    Jayahs favorite leader is “@dbook because of his communication with his team on the court holding everyone accountable and his style of play.”

    In Jayahs leadership role with the J.O.B Open Run Players Association, she is “excited to be apart of something that’s bigger than just basketball. I would like to bring more awareness to the game as it relates to the youth with a great group of like-minded individuals that come together for a larger goal”

  • Trevor Snell is a Sophmoore at Douglass Highscool where he is student athlete competing in basketball. He also plays AAU basketball for AET holding down at the 1 and the 2.

    Trevor’s favorite leader is “my mom because she works hard and shows me how should carry myself when it comes to me off and on the court. She also has raised me all my life and there hasn’t been one dull moment between us”

  • Scyon Wilborn is a freshman at Putnam City West High School. He is a student athlete competing in basketball for the patriots and he also plays AAU basketball for @gymtime79.

    Scyons favorite leader is “@kyrieirving because he shows love to everyone, he is himself and doesn’t let anyone change the person he is”

  • Kashlynn Cooper is a Freshman at @hhokc where she is student athlete competing in basketball -and volleyball as middle blocker. She also plays AAU basketball for @unitybasketball25.

    Kashlynns favorite leader is “Jayden because she motivates me and she leads by example showing us young people what hard work is like, she played in college and is now helping young people like me work to get to the next level and even bigger she drives me to be a successful person on and off the court.”

  • Jordan McCauley is Sophomore at Edmond Sante Fe High School where he is a student athlete competing in both football and basketball.

  • Kyndal Kaulaity is a Freshman @moorehighschool1 where she is a student athlete competing in both basketball, and track-running the 4x1, 4x2 and 4x4 in track.

    Kyndals favorite leader is @cbg.jada24 and @paigebueckers because she feels like “I play like them in a way, and I like their leadership and how they play the game they love”

  • Luke Dooley is a Freshman @bmchsokc where he is a student athlete involved in both basketball and track.

    Lukes favorite leader is “Malcom X because he fought for civil rights, black power and self defense.”

Kashlynn Cooper, 5’7, 14 yrs old, 8th grade, attends Heritage Hall Middle School and Plays AAU basketball for Team Unity. Kashlynn is a standout player on both ends of the floor, showcasing her mamba mentality in every possession. Easily the TOP 8th-grade girl in the city. She gets to the rack at will, uses her midrange game when needed, gets her teammates involved using her high IQ, and can hit the three from anywhere on the court; she can create off the dribble, off the screen, and off the ball.

Scyon Wilborn 5’6, 14 old, 8th grade. He attends Mayfield Middle School and Plays A.A.U. basketball for “GTH.” Scyon is a J.O.B. Open Run favorite, always ta’dowing the crowd with his game and play-making abilities. This kid has never missed an Open Run since we started in 2021.

He is a true magician with the ball in his hands. He is one of the best P.G. in the city. He can score at will and leads whoever he’s playing with to victory.
